1月跌幅最大的区域在2月报告中成为焦点。由于春节期间船公司减少拉美航线运力，LATAM近岸外包价格大幅波动。

中国至秘鲁航线40GP海运费较上月上涨40.9%，为本期报告中单一国家涨幅最大。哥伦比亚和厄瓜多尔分别上涨28.4%，巴西上涨22.4%。36天春节窗口期（工厂自2月17日起停工）与船公司对东亚至南美西海岸航线舱位管理重叠，卡亚俄港因Chancay溢出效应造成的拥堵仍在消化，基础运价维持高位。

中间走廊海运段本月继续上涨，区域平均涨幅为+10.5%。由于春节前的提前备货在一月后仍有延续，哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦和吉尔吉斯斯坦经里海多式联运段的运价均上涨+17.5%。铁路运价保持稳定。

RCEP及东南亚电商航线本月出现明显下跌，整体平均降幅为-22.5%。其中菲律宾下跌-23.2%，柬埔寨和缅甸各自下跌-22.2%。此前为电商履约而增加的亚区内运力，在工厂停产后需求骤降，短途航线运价下滑速度远超长途航线。埃及航线也受红海溢价略微回落影响，本月下跌-5.7%。

下月关注

春节后，三月初复工期间，关注秘鲁航线是否延长高价，或船公司是否将运力重新调回该航线，从而限制运价上涨。
RCEP航线价格底部：区域平均降幅达-22.5%，需观察菲律宾、柬埔寨和缅甸是否企稳，或是否出现第二轮下跌，确认结构性运力过剩。
墨西哥本月持平（0%），与区域其他国家的两位数涨跌形成对比。无论后续向上或向下突破，都将反映近岸外包需求与太平洋拥堵无关的独立趋势。
